01About the project

Reflex is an AI-powered fitness platform we built end-to-end: Expo mobile app, Node.js API, workers, and a marketing site. Instead of a simple workout tracker, Reflex runs nutrition and training together — generating macros and meal plans, building programs, logging food with AI, and delivering insights through chat and structured reports. A 9-step conversational onboarding wizard gathers lifestyle context so the coach starts personal from day one. The stack includes 22+ app screens and 15+ AI capabilities across training, nutrition, and analytics.
