The challenge

The client needed a production-ready, white-label food delivery platform supporting customers, restaurants (including multi-branch groups), freelance drivers, driver companies, and administrators. The system had to handle real-time order tracking, payments (cash + card with 3DS), in-app calling, complex menus with variants and add-ons, promo codes, commissions, and multi-branch restaurant management—all with sub-second reliability during peak hours.

What we built

We built a full-stack marketplace with a React Native (Expo) customer app, driver app, and admin dashboard, plus a Node.js backend with PostgreSQL and Prisma. Real-time infrastructure uses Socket.IO for orders, live driver location, and chat. We implemented CyberSource for card payments, CallKeep for in-app calling between customers and drivers, and a flexible model supporting both freelance drivers and driver companies with a credit system. Restaurants can manage multi-branch menus centrally or per-branch, with advanced pricing, commission controls, and free-delivery rules.

The challenge

Subcontractors in construction, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC industries struggle with fragmented tools for managing projects, clients, estimates, invoices, and tasks. They often rely on spreadsheets, paper-based systems, or multiple disconnected apps, leading to missed deadlines, lost revenue from unpaid invoices, and poor client communication. We set out to build an all-in-one platform with AI assistance to streamline their entire workflow.

What we built

We developed SubAI, a comprehensive mobile-first SaaS platform specifically designed for subcontractors. The platform features intelligent project management with client tracking, estimate generation, invoice management, and task scheduling. The standout feature is the AI assistant that provides proactive suggestions, generates reports, helps with follow-ups, and answers questions about project status. The system includes smart notifications for deadlines, overdue payments, and AI-driven recommendations for next actions.

The challenge

Most fitness apps stop at logging workouts or counting calories. Users bounce between trainers, meal planners, and progress trackers — and still lack a coach that understands the full picture. We set out to build an AI fitness platform that owns the entire stack: onboarding, macros, meal plans, training programs, food logging, sessions, and reports — with a conversational coach at the center.

What we built

We designed and engineered Reflex end-to-end: an Expo mobile app, Node.js API with background workers, PostgreSQL/Prisma data layer, and a Next.js marketing site. A 9-step conversational onboarding wizard captures lifestyle, work, and training context so the coach starts personal from day one. AI pipelines generate macros and meal plans, assist food logging, build and adapt training programs, and produce multi-section progress reports. The product ships as a cohesive dark, premium experience across home, train, nutrition, analytics, and AI chat.

The challenge

Restaurants were overwhelmed with calls for orders, cancellations, and support—often missing opportunities due to limited staff. We set out to build a real-time AI assistant that could handle voice and text interactions, understand customer intent, and perform actions like placing or canceling orders, all while staying highly responsive.

What we built

We developed a full-stack AI-powered call center using ChatGPT APIs, Whisper for speech-to-text, and WebRTC with Socket.IO for real-time audio streaming. The system uses dynamic prompt engineering, handles WhatsApp and phone calls, and responds instantly to users through voice or messaging. A custom rules engine lets restaurants define actions, intents, and integrations with their menus and CRM tools.

The challenge

Educify set out to build a full-scale educational platform connecting students with tutors for live sessions, courses, and group lessons. The challenge was to develop a deeply featured system from scratch—capable of handling payments, scheduling, messaging, video streaming, and user management—while maintaining clarity and performance across the codebase.

What we built

Over three years, we developed a robust and modular platform using React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Prisma. The system included profile customization, tutor booking, live video classes, course management, messaging, payments, reviews, and an intuitive admin panel. With thousands of teachers onboarded during early traction, Educify’s codebase evolved into one of our most comprehensive projects.
